Individual Abbreviated Dialling

Ten external call numbers can be stored in the Service Menu of your communication system (see
page 57). These can be dialled by entering the abbreviated dialling digits 0 ... 9.

Central Abbreviated Dialling

External call numbers for the most important partners of your company can be stored in the central
memory of your communication system. You can dial these numbers by entering the abbreviated
dialling digits, providing that you have access authorisation (please ask your system administrator).

Querying the Call List

The call list must be activated in the Service Menu (see page 46) and contains a maximum of 4 ent-
ries, each displayed with the call number, number of calls and time of the last call. The oldest entry
will be overwritten respectively by additional entries. The entries will be automatically deleted when
