Check the drum lifter for any damage which could affect its carrying capacity and safety at regular
intervals.
The moving components must be checked regularly to ensure they function properly and move
easily and, if required, re-lubricated with commercially-available lubricating grease.
Hydraulics: If the lifting system does not lift up to the highest position check if there is sufficient oil
in the cylinder. If not add oil!
To fill up use a hydraulic oil in compliance with ISO VG 46. Before adding oil or changing the hyd-
raulic oil the lifting equipment must be completely lowered!
WARNING
If damage is noted which affects the safe use of the product, the equipment must be
removed from service immediately.
When disposing of any waste materials follow local legislation. This will make a valuable contribu-
tion to environmental safety.
