B. Exhaust temperature protection
When the discharge temperature is high than the upper limit of set temperature or less than the lower limit of set
temperature, the controller stop warning, and displayer shows that the discharge temperature is high or low. The
set highest exhaust temperature of the system is 100
℃
, if over it, the system will automatically cut off the
power supply. In general, there are many reasons for over high discharge temperature, however, the most
common reason is that the oil cooler failure. If the fins of air-cooling oil cooler are blocked by dust, the cold air
will not pass the cooler freely, so the lubricating oil temperature will rise and results in the machine shut down for
high temperature. Therefore, it needs clear the dust on the fins by low pressure air at short intervals, if the
blocking material on fins can’t be cleared out, cleaning liquid or solvent is the best choice.
In general, water-cooling air compressor trips operation for high temperature caused by cooling copper pipe
scale blocking, which resulting in low heat transferring efficiency. The highest environmental temperature of the
air compressor is designed at 40
℃
, if the environmental temperature is higher, the discharge temperature will
be higher, so it is necessary to choose a place with low environmental temperature and good ventilation. After
the discharge temperature switch action, the system return circuit is cut off, during which moment, it can not be
restart again unless reset again.
C. Protection of the motor against reverse rotation
When the three-phase sequence connected with the air compressor is different from the controller set, it will
display the wrong phase failure, and the controller can’t start the motor. Right now, it just needs exchange
two-phase power line and watch the motor rotation direction.
D. Over-pressure protection for pressure supplying
When the discharge pressure is higher than the set pressure upper limit, the controller gives warning to stop
machine and the displayer shows the discharge pressure high.

Protection of sensor again malfunction
When the pressure sensor or temperature sensor breaks lines, the controller gives warning to stop operation
and prompts the sensor out of order.
F. Ganged protection
When the air end operates, the discharge temperature reaches the fan start temperature, however, the fan is
not operating, so the controller gives warning to stop machine, and the site failure shows
“
fan is not operating”.
