L. Cooler
a. If it is the air-cooling cooler, using cooling fan to draw cool air and cool compressed air by cooler. Its exhaust
temperature is often below atmospheric tempe15
℃
. Air-cooling air compressor is much more sensitive to
environmental temperature, so please pay attention to the environmental ventilation when choosing its location.
b: If it is water-cooling machine, tube cooler should be applied to cool the compressed air by cooling water. Its
exhaust temperature is below 40
℃
(cooling water inlet temperature shouldn’t exceed 35
℃
). Water-cooling air
compressor is non-sensitive to environmental temperature and easy to control exhaust temperature, so if the
cooling-water quality is too bad, the cooler is easy to scale and block, which must need our attention. And if the
water PH value is too low (i.e. too high acidity), special cooper material should be used to avoid corrosion.
M. Water separator
Cyclone water separator can remove the congealed water after ail cooling, oil drop, impurity and so on, and
after water cooling, the compressed air will be directly transported to every applying department. When the
compressor operates, the adjusting valve under the water separator should be open a little to make condensate
water flow out so that the air will not be discharged a lot, or install an automatic drainer.
Automatic drainer
It can automatic discharge all the condensate water in the water separator, which should be installed according
to customers’ requirements. In general, if only open the adjusting valve as per the above methods and it is not
necessary to use the automatic drainer.
Three. Lubricating oil flow
A. Oil injection flow instruction
Because of the pressure in the oil-gas tank, it compresses the lubricating oil into oil cooler. After cooling the
lubricating oil in the cooler and through the oil filter to remove impurities, the pressure separates into two ways, and
one way injects into the compressed chamber from the bottom of the compressor to cool the compressed air and the
other way spreads to the two ends of the compressor to lubricate the bearing set and drive gear, at last, all parts of
lubricating oil gather at the bottom of compressing chamber and then are discharged out with compressed air.
The compressed air mixed with oil enters the oil-gas tank through the exhaust check valve to separate a big part
of oil, and the other oil with oil fog filters all the rest oil through the oil-gas separator and enters the after-cooler to be
cooled by pressure maintenance valve, after which it will be sent to the usage system.
B. Oil Injection quantity control
The injected oil of the oil injection screw air compressor is mainly used to bring the air heat produced in the
process of compressing, and the oil injection amount will directly influence the compressor performance. The
oil injection amount has been designed well by our technicians before delivery, so please don’t change it at
will. If it needs adjustment for exhaust temperature, please contact our service department in advance so as
to avoid the air compressor damage.
C. Function instruction of all parts on the oil way
a. Oil cooler
Same with the cooling method of air after-cooler, the oil cooler has two cooling ways of air-cooling and
