Switch Master dan Anggota 

Apabila disatukan, tumpukan switch dapat dikelola sebagai satu entitas tunggal. Tumpukan dapat 
dikelola dari antarmuka berbasis web, stasiun pengelolaan SNMP, atau CLI. Setelah tumpukan 
dibuat, salah satu switch akan ditetapkan secara otomatis sebagai master switch. Anda dapat 
menetapkan alamat IP secara manual ke master switch dengan menggunakan konsol, atau 
membiarkan DCHP untuk melakukannya secara manual. Setelah itu, Anda dapat mengelola 
seluruh tumpukan melalui alamat IP Switch Master. Switch Master akan mendeteksi dan 
mengkonfigurasikan port dengan pengaruh minimal pada operasi jika terjadi:

•

Kegagalan switch

•

Kegagalan hubungan antar switch tumpukan

•

Switch yang dimasukkan

•

Switch yang dilepaskan

Jika Switch Master off line, salah satu Switch Anggota dalam tumpukan dapat menggantikannya. 
Sistem akan memilih Switch Master baru dan mengkonfigurasikan ulang Konfigurasi Sistem untuk 
tumpukan.
