To turn the behavior on:

NOTE:
If the 3060eLEDControl item is missing or blank, the behavior by default is
off.

Save the file.

Restart the monitoring service.
If the LED control behavior is turned on, the following LED control will occur:

If a drive is reporting a predicted failure state:
a
The drive slot LED will be set to the Identify state.

The enclosure LED will be set to the Failure state.

If a drive is determined to be in a failed state:
a
The drive slot LED will be set to the Failure state.
b
The enclosure LED will be set to the Failure state.
