Instructions
•
The installation must only be carried out only by qualified personnel.
The operations described here must be carried out only by qualified
installers.
•
The customer is civilly liable for the qualification and mental or
physical state of the professional figures who operate this equipment.
They must always use the personal protective equipment required by
the laws of the country of destination and anything else provided to
their employer.
•
Install the DLX in such a way as to have the LCD display at eye height.
•
The surface where the DLX will be installed must withstand its weight
(25 kg).
•
To prevent the risk of electric shock or other injury, check that there
are no electrical or hydraulic lines in the walls before drilling the
mounting holes of the DLX.
•
Follow the installation steps to mount the DLX:
1.
Fix the top and bottom mounting brackets to the DLX
body (Follow the instructions shown in Figure 2).
2.
Drill the holes to fix the DLX mounting support on the
wall.
3.
Fix the mounting support to the wall.
4.
Install the DLX.
5.
Fix the DLX to the wall using the bottom bracket fixing
screw.
Instructions
•
Delios installers are recommended to wear clothing and PPE provided
by their employer. Operators must not wear clothes or accessories that
could start fires or produce static electricity or any item of clothing that
could affect personal safety. When carrying out any operation on the
equipment, clothes and instruments must be suitably insulated.
•
Optimal operation of the DLX system is ensured at a maximum ambient
temperature of 40
°
C (104
°
F).
•
Due to the various wall types, fixing the DLX system might differ from
case to case: Use appropriate tools and screws for installation.
•
Make sure that there is enough free space for air circulation around
the DLX system (500 mm from the bottom).
•
In case of missing accessories, contact Delios technical support
representative.
•
DLX parts MUST NOT be energised during mounting and installation.
•
DLX can only be used with photovoltaic modules that meet the
specific requirements of class A in accordance with the indications of
the IEC 61730 standard.
•
Do not install the DLX in a position directly exposed to the sun.
•
The DLX must be installed indoor in a room with relative humidity
ranging from 5 % to 95 % without condensation.
•
Do not mount the DLX system above or under flammable building
materials.
•
Do not install the DLX system in areas where highly flammable
substances are present.
•
Do not install the DLX system in areas subject to explosion hazard.
