7.1. Leak stoppers

In the event of a seacock or hull opening being damaged your

Dehler 44

is equipped with

several leak stoppers made of soft wood, the diameters of which fit the different sizes of hull
opening so that each opening can be blocked.

Important

Close the ball valves, when you leave the boat. Ball valves in enclosed spaces (for example

toilet areas) should only be opened for use

.

With ball cocks you can easily see if they are closed or open:
