6.9 -  RSOFAB - Reset to off set A, B mode

In this mode the 

primary

 and 

secondary

 counters are reset to the values stored in 

the meter's reset off set registers, and they continue counting aft er being reset. This 

is useful for setting a position to a known reference position.
