6. Choose test method, either web test or SMS test.
a. If you choose SMS test you can perform the test later by following
the instructions on screen. The system doesn’t need to be installed.
b. If you choose web test the system must be installed.
7. Follow the test instructions on screen.
8. Confirm that the installation is as specified. The system is now ready to use.
An SMS/email where the customer needs to confirm the subscription terms will be
sent. The product is ready for use as soon as the customer has confirmed this. The
login details for customer is sent when the customer establishes their account.
Check list for installation
• The customers data is registered via link.mydefa.com
• The customer has received email and/or SMS with an account confirmation
• The customer has confirmed the registration and subscription terms by following
the instructions in the email / SMS
• Installes has activated the product by connecting the products serial number to the
customer account via link.mydefa.com
