Installation Guide

47

Per Codec Audio

The Per Codec Audio menu enables activation of each of the 16 lip-synched audio channels. Audio 

channels are mapped independently of the video connections to give greater flexibility and capability 

to the audio codecs. Consequently the audio channels do not correspond numerically to the video 

channels.

Click an audio input (labelled AUD 1 TO AUD 16) on the unit image to select an audio channel. 

Enabled audio channels will be highlighted green.
Camera Channel 

Details the camera channel linked to the incoming audio feed.

Camera Title 

Details the names assigned to the linked camera channel.

Type 

Details the camera type i.e. Analog, IP.

Audio Channel 

Highlights the audio channel number i.e. AUD 1 to AUD 16.

Addresses 

If the Camera Type for the selected input is set as IP, the assigned 

IP address will be detailed here.

State 

The audio feature can be Enabled or Disabled as required.

Reset (Red) 

Select to reset the unit. 

Audio (Green) 

Select to return to the Audio page.

Previous (Yellow) 

Select to configure audio associated with the previous camera 

channel

Next (Blue) 

Select to configure audio associated with the next camera channel

Refresh (Purple) 

Refreshes the information on the current page.
