1.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-

Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there
Fig.0:

The assistance of a second person
is recommended when assembling
this unit.

(D)   Main body.
(I-9)  Saddle.
(J)    Footrest support.
(K)   Rear support.
(B-1) Rail.

NUTS & BOLTS:
(M-4) Screw M8xP1.25x20.
(M-3) Washer D8xD19x2T.
(M-7) Nut M8.
(M-5) Screw M8xP1.25x25.
(M-6) Washer D8xD19x2T.
(M-1) Stopper.
Wrenches.

(1)    Main body.
(63)  Front support with wheels
(71)  Rear rail support.
(75)  Seat.
(76)  Seat rail.
(90)  Pedal connecting tube.
(91)  Footrest support L.
(92)  Footrest support R.
(98)  Console.

2.- FITTING THE REAR
SUPPORT.-

Take the rail (B-1) and place it on the
rear support (K), Fig.1, secure it using
the screws (M-5) along with the

washers (M-6) and the nuts (M-7).

3.- FITTING THE SADDLE.-

Remove four screws (B-2) from the
rail (B-1). Place the saddle (I-9) on the
rail (B-1), Fig.2. Use the screws (B-2)
to fix the stoppers (M-1) on the rail (B-
1), Fig.2.

4.- FITTING THE ALUMINIUM
RAIL.-

Bring the main body (D) to the rail (B-
1)  and  connect  the  wire  coming  out
from  the  rail  (B-4)  and  the  main  body
wire (D-20), Fig.3.
Insert the aluminium rail (B-1) onto the
main  body  (D),  Fig.3,  fit  the  screws
(M-4)  and  the  washers  (M-3),  tighten
securely.

5.- FITTING THE FOOTREST
SUPPORT.-

Pull  out  the  locking  pin  (D-25),  Fig.4
(1.)  Release  the  knob  (D-27),  Fig.4
(2.),  and  then  pull  the  rail  up,  Fig.4
(3.). Insert the knob (D-25) to lock the
rail  onto  the  frame,  Fig.4  (4.).  Insert
the pin (D-27).
Then  position  the  footrest  support  (J)
and  secure  it  using  the  screws  (M-4)
and the washers (M-3), Fig.5.

6.- UNFOLDING AND FOLDING
THE UNIT.-

To  unfold  the  unit  pull  out  the  locking
pin (D-25), Fig.6, and release the knob
(D-27).  Lower  the  rail  to  the  ground.
Insert  the  pin  (D-25)  to  lock  the  rail.
Insert the pin (D-27).
To fold the unit follow the  same steps
pulling the rail up.

7.- MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-

The unit is equipped with wheels (D-
10), Fig.7, to make it easier to move.
