Os amortecedores de pulsações EQUAFLUX são fabricados
de acordo com as Diretivas 2006/42/CE, 94/9/CEE e 99/92/CE.
Os correspondentes critérios das zonas estão indicados nos
padrões europeus harmonizados EN-60079 e EN 1127-1.
Portanto, não constituem perigo para o operador, se utilizadas
em conformidade com as instruções deste manual.
O manual deve ser guardado em bom estado e/ou junto à
máquina, para futuras consultas por parte do encarregado
pela manutenção.
O Fabricante não assume quaisquer responsabilidades em
caso de modificação, alteração, aplicações incorretas ou, em
todo caso, operações realizadas em desacordo com quanto
escrito neste manual, que possam determinar danos à segu-
rança, à saúde das pessoas ou animais ou bens materiais
próximos do amortecedor.

EQUAFLUX pulsation dampeners have been manufactured
tothe 2006/42/CE, 94/9/CEE and 99/92/EC directives.
The relevant area criteria are indicated in the EN-60079-10 and
EN 1127-1harmonized European standards.
Therefore, if used according to the instructions contained in
thismanual, the dampener will not represent any risk to the
operator. This manual must be preserved in good condition
and/oraccompany the machine as reference for maintenance
pur-poses. The manufacturer rejects any liability for any
alteration,modification, incorrect application or operation not
complyingwith the contents of this manual and that may cause
damagethe health and safety of persons, animals or objects
stationingnear the dampener.The Manufacturer trusts you will
be able to make full use of theperformances offered by the
EQUAFLUX dampeners.All the technical values refer to the
standard version of theEQUAFLUX dampeners (please see
“TECHNICAL FEATURES”). However, our continuous search
for innovation and improve-ments in the technological quality
mean that some of the featuresmay change without notice.

INTRODUÇÃO AO MANUAL
Este manual é parte integrante do amortecedor de pulsações; é
um DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANÇA e contém as informações
importantes para que o Comprador e seu pessoal instalem,
utilizem e mantenham o amortecedor em constante estado de
eficiência e segurança, ao longo de toda sua vida útil.
No começo de cada Capítulo e de cada seção, foi criada uma
linha de estado que, mediante símbolos, indica o pessoal
habilitado à operação, as proteções individuais obrigatórias
e/ou o estado
energético do amortecedor.
O risco residual durante a operação é evidenciado com
símbolos específicos, integrados ao texto. Do ponto de vista
gráfico, no manual, serão utilizados símbolos para evidenciar
e diferenciar informações especiais ou sugestões relativas à
segurança e à correta condução do amortecedor.

This manual is an integral part of the pulsation dampener,
andrepresents a SAFETY DEVICE. It contains important
informa-tion that will assist the purchaser and his personnel in
installing, using and servicing the dampener in good condition
and safety during service life.
At the head of every chapter an information field with symbol
sindicates the personnel who are authorized to perform the
operation described in that page along with the individual
protec-tive devices that must be worn and/or the energetic
state of thedampener.
Any residual risk that may occur during these operations
ishighlighted by special symbols embedded in the text.Special
symbols are also used to highlight and differentiate anyparticular
information or suggestion concerning safety and cor-rect use.
