O CONJUNTO CONTA-CICLOS é fornecido completo de pres-
sóstato, eventuais junções e esfera.
ATENÇÃO: esta operação deve ser realizada com
a bomba parada e isolada da fonte de alimentação
e do produto.
1. Desmontar e retirar o RESET.
2. I nserir a esfera no furo do canal do RESET; com um punção
adequado, chanfrar o alojamento da esfera.
3. Providenciar a montagem do pressóstato com eventual junção.
4. Retirar a pipeta e realizar a ligação dos contatos elétricos
para pôr em remoto o sinal para a contagem.
5. Montar de volta a pipeta.
6. Para realizar o ajuste da sensibilidade de intervenção do
pressóstato, retirar a tampa e com uma chave de fenda girar o
parafuso de ajuste.
HORÁRIO = maior pressão de intervenção;
ANTI-HORÁRIO = menor pressão de intervenção.
A montagem do CONJUNTO CONTA-CICLOS está concluída.
THE STROKE COUNTER KIT is supplied complete with a pressure
switch, any fittings required and a ball.
WARNING: this operation must be performed with the
pump at a standstill and disconnected from the power
supply and the product.
1. Disassemble and remove the RESET.
2. Insert the ball into the hole of the RESET channel; caulk the seat
of the ball using a suitable punch.
3. Fit the pressure switch using a suitable fitting.
4. Refit the pipette.
5. Remove the pipette and connect the electrical contacts to remote
control the counting signal.
6. To adjust the sensitivity of the pressure switch, remove the cap and
rotate the adjustment screw using a
screwdriver.
CLOCKWISE = more pressure;
ANTI-CLOCKWISE = less pressure
This completes assembly of the STROKE COUNTER KIT.
