ATENÇÃO: antes de intervir no amortecedor de
pulsações e/ou antes de realizar manutenções ou
consertos, é necessário:
A. Descarregar o produto que está sendo bombeado e fechar
as válvulas manuais de interceptação produto.
B. deixar circular um fluido de lavagem, idôneo e não in-
flamável; em seguida, descarregar o fluido de lavagem e fechar
a válvula de interceptação produto.
C. Secionar a alimentação do ar mediante a válvula corre-
spondente de 3 vias e certificar-se de que não haja pressões
residuais;
D. Cortar a alimentação do ar à montante;
E. Usar os equipamentos de proteção individual idôneos para
a operação (máscaras para o rosto, luvas, botas de segurança,
aventais etc.): PERIGO DE PROJEÇÃO DO FLUIDO SOB
PRESSÃO.
WARNING: before intervening on the pump and/or
performing any maintenance or repair, you must:
A . discharge the product being pumped and close the product
on-off valves (both on the intake and delivery sides).
B . Circulate a suitable non-flammable washing fluid then drain
it off and close the product shut-off valve.
C . Shut-off the air supply using the relevant three-way valve
whilst making sure that no residual pressure subsists.
D . Shut-off air supply upstream;
E . Wear suitable individual protective devices before interven-
ing: goggles/masks, gloves, closed shoes, aprons, and others):
DANGER OF FLUID EJECTION UNDER PRESSURE.

ATENÇÃO: antes de desconectar o tubo de alimen-
tação do ar ou a junção, providenciar a limpeza
externa das superfícies da bomba. Antes de recolocar
a bomba em funcionamento, certificar-se sempre da ausência
de poeira no distribuidor pneumático.
1. Desconectar os tubos de aspiração e saída do fluido da bomba.
2. Desconectar o tubo de alimentação do ar comprimido da
bomba.
3. Providenciar a desmontagem e a retirada da bomba do local
de instalação com equipamentos de levantamento adequados.
OBS.: consultar o esquema das peças de reposição
para as sequências de desmontagem e nova monta-
gem da bomba para as operações descritas abaixo.
WARNING: Before removing the air supply pipe
or fitting, clean the external surfaces of the pump.
Before restarting the pump, ensure that no powder
has entered the pneumatic distributor.
1.
Disconnect fluid intake and delivery hoses from pump.
2. Disconnect the compressed air supply pipe from the pump.
3. Disassemble and remove the pump from its place of instal-
lation using suitable hoisting equipment.
REMARK : refer to the relevant spare parts table for the
order of assembly and reassembly when carrying out
the above operations.
