ATENÇÃO: Os componentes do permutador
pneumático eixo incluso, foram fabricados com
materiais não especificamente resistentes aos
produtos químicos. Em caso de ruptura das membranas,
se entrarem em contato com o fluido, providenciar a sua
completa substituição.
B1. Desmontar os coletores de aspiração e saída, retirando
os elementos de fixação.
ATENÇÃO: o utilizador deve verificar periodica-
mente a ausência de depósitos de poeiras nas
superfícies internas e eventualmente realizar uma cuida-
dosa limpeza com pano úmido.
B2. Retirar eventuais depósitos das superfícies internas com
um pano umedecido.
B3. Desmontar os dois corpos da bomba, retirando os para-
fusos de fixação.
B4. Retirar a tampa de bloqueio membranas de ambos os
circuitos.
WARNING: The components of the pneumatic ex-
changer, including the shaft, are made from materi-
als that are not specifically resistant to chemicals.
Should the diaphragms break and the components come
into contact with the fluid, replace them completely.
B1. Disassemble the intake and delivery manifolds by removing
the fixing elements.
WARNING: Periodic controls must be made to
ensure that there are no deposits of powder on the
internal surfaces and, if necessary, they must be cleaned
with a damp cloth.
B2. Remove any deposits on the internal surfaces with a
damp cloth.
B3. Disassemble the two pump casings by removing the fix-
ing screws.
B4. Remove the external diaphragm locking cap from both
circuits.

B5. Verificar e/ou substituir as membranas em ambos os
lados da bomba, utilizando peças de reposição originais
do mesmo tipo.
AVISO:
verificar que não haja depósitos de nenhum
tipo na bomba, caso contrário providenciar a retirada.
B6.
Montar de volta a bomba, seguindo a ordem inversa, e
apertar os parafusos de fixação todos da mesma forma.
ATENÇÃO: caso a bomba deva ser enviada de volta
ao fabricante ou a um centro de assistência, deverá
ser esvaziada do produto e oportunamente lavada
e tratada, antes do envio.
A substituição das membranas é assim terminada; será,
portanto, possível reposicionar a bomba e restabelecer
todos os engates e ligações, como indicado nos capítulos
anteriores.
B5. Check and/or replace the diaphragms on both sides of the
pump with original spare parts of the same type.
CAUTION: ascertain that the inner part of the pump is
free from all types of deposits,and if they are present
proceed with their removal.
B6. Reassemble the pump following the disassembly sequence
described earlier in reverse order. Tighten the fixing bolts evenly.
WARNING: Should the pump be returned to the
manufacturer or to a service center, you must first
empty it out completely. If toxic, noxious or other
types of dangerous products have been used, the pump
must be suitably treated and washed before it is sent.
Replacing the diaphragms finishes here. You can now
reposition the pump and reconnect it as described in the
previous sections.
