PASTA MACHINE
Introduction
To get the most out of your new pasta
machine, please read through these
instructions before use. Please also keep the
instructions in case you need to refer to them
at a later date.

Special safety instructions
The pasta machine is only intended for use in
private households.
Never insert fi ngers, hair or foreign objects
into the pasta machine or the cutting unit’s
rollers.
The pasta machine must not be exposed to
water or liquids.
Before use
Wipe the pasta machine’s exterior and
components using a dry cloth.
Remove any excess oil from the rollers by
running a small amount of dough through
the pasta machine and cutting unit and then
discarding it.
Use
Prepare the pasta dough.
Secure the pasta machine to a kitchen
worktop or table with a fl at surface using the
table clamp (1).
Insert the crank handle (4) into the socket (2).
Pull and turn the regulator (3) to adjust the
pasta machine’s rollers to position “1” (wide
gap between the rollers).
Divide the dough up into large balls (about
the size of a fi st).
Run a dough ball through the pasta machine
by turning the crank handle. Fold the pressed
dough together and run it through the pasta
machine again.
