Confirm the date of purchase. Please check the contents of the warranty card carefully
and keep it in a safe place. The warranty period is valid for one year from the date of
purchase.
Please read this manual carefully before sending for repair. Please contact the store
or distributor only after trying to fix the issue but failing to after reading this manual.

For repairs, please first contact the store or distributor where the product was
purchased. After the store or distributor acknowledges the faulty product, please send
the product (original box with machine & power adapter) to the address below with a
memo of the malfunction issue, or follow the store or distributor’s instructions.
Please note that a repair fee will be charged if it is not within the warranty period. In
addition, all related shipping costs will be borne by the customer, including the
courier cost of the repaired product sent back to the customer. Please note that if a
repair has been done but the product condition does not improve, we reserve the
right to decline any further repair requests. We seek your kind understanding on this
matter.
