A neutral point is not needed in the low-voltage side. Nonetheless, if a neutral point appears in 

the low-voltage side, this neutral point shall not be connected or grounded.   

 

A two-winding transformer where winding changes in each of the high-voltage and low-voltage 

sides can be used.   

For example, YNd11, YNd5, YNd1 or Dy11, Dy5, Dy1 has a non-grounding neutral point in the low-

voltage side.
