Mounting of sensors
Introduction
A description of how to mount/place the two sensors and how to connect them to the
temperature control PCB.
Tools
The material onto which you mount the sensors decides which tools you need.
Mounting, duct
temperature sensor
The duct temperature sensor is to be placed in the supply air duct. Follow these steps
for the mounting:

Make a 60 mm hole in the duct where the sensor is to be placed

Fix the sensor in the duct. The sensor is prepared with 4 holes
Placing of room
temperature sensor
The room temperature sensor should be placed as follows:
•
1,5 – 2,0 m above the floor
•
Must hang freely
•
Undisturbed by air flows from doors, supply duct etc.
•
Undisturbed by heat emission from machines/tools etc.
Placing of duct
temperature sensor
The duct temperature sensor should be placed as follows:
•
Minimum 1 m from the heating unit
Connection
Connections are made by non-screw terminals (WAGO). Please also see the section
about electrical connections.
