4.1 Checking the Delivery

Procedure

After you remove the packaging, examine the drive for transport damages.

If the drive was damaged during the shipping, speak to the cargo insurance company or the carrier.
2.
To make sure that the delivery is correct, compare your order data to the data on the package label.

If the delivery does not agree with your order, speak to the vendor immediately.
3.
To make sure that the contents of the delivery is correct and complete, compare the type designation of the product to the type
code.
