4.5.2 Repair procedures

To remove the front panel motor

Prerequisite: 

Stop the unit operation via the user interface.

Prerequisite: 

Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.

Prerequisite: 

Remove the required plate work, see 

"4.17 Plate work"

On the front grille (removed from the indoor unit), remove the 2 screws and
remove the front panel motor and gears assembly from the front grille.

Remove the 2 screws and remove the front panel motor from the bracket.

1

Install the front panel motor on the bracket and tighten using the 2 screws.

CAUTION

Make sure the motor axle is well aligned with the slot in the gear when installing the
motor.

front grille.

Install  and  tighten  the  2  screws  to  fix  the  front  panel  motor  and  gears
assembly.
