A compressor start-up failure is detected by checking the compressor running condition through the
position detection circuit.


The compressor fails to start in about 15 seconds after the compressor run command signal is
sent.

If the error repeats, the system is shut down.

Reset condition: Continuous run for about 11 minutes without any other error
