Turn off the power. Then, turn on
the power to restart the system.
Start operation.
Check No. 21
Check the capacitor voltage.
Measure the rectifier input voltage.
Turn off the power. Disconnect the
harnesses U, V, and W.
Turn off the power and reconnect
the harnesses. Then turn on the
power again and restart operation.
