a. If there’s no low voltage signal detected, investigate the thermostat’s demand signal. Additionally, inspect the output termi-
nal and wires leading from the terminal strip or control relay(s) to the motor for any issues.
b.
In the event the motor receives adequate high voltage (as verified in Step 1 under the section “If the Motor Is Not Running”
on page 45), and correct low voltage to a designated terminal yet fails to operate, it indicates a malfunction. Under these
circumstances, the motor is deemed to have failed and must be replaced.
