Changing the ignition electrodes and oil
nozzle

Replacing the ignition electrodes
If the ignition electrodes are worn, they must be replaced.
▪ Undo the fixing screw (item 6) with Allen key SW 3.
▪ Replace the ignition electrodes (item 2).
▪ Tighten the fixing screw with Allen key SW 3.
Dismantling oil nozzles

Pull out the ignition cables from the ignition electrodes (item 2).

Loosen the fixing screws (item 3) and pull out the mixing device
(item 1) upwards.

Unscrew the oil nozzle with a wrench or ring spanner SW 16.
Hold back the nozzle linkage (item 5) with an open-end wrench
SW 16.
Assembling the oil nozzle
INFORMATION
To protect oil pumps, insert the enclosed
MC-7
micro ex-
changeable filter insert into the breather oil filter. Only use
filters of maximum 25 µm.

Install the mixing device (pos. 1). Position the tube light (item 4)
between the guide bolts in the nozzle stock covers. Set the oil
nozzle/air nozzle distance.

Plug the ignition cable on the ignition electrodes.
