6.7.2.38 F53: Sampling speed of data log function
Selects the data sampling interval in using data log function.
The relationship between the setting value and the data sampling is as follows:
For data log function; (
-
Data Backup (Utilization of data)).
6.7.2.39 F54 Tack start process
This function enables to start the wire feeding speed with the normal feeding speed without slow-down after the welding
completion. (which enables the tack welding of less transition time)
•
[ON]: Pressing the torch switch within 0.5 seconds after the welding completion can start it with the normal feeding
speed. (The wire feeding speed at this time is not exceeding 5 m/min.)
•
[OFF]: disables the function.
6.7.2.40 F55: Arc outage detection time
The detection time to output the arc outage signal to the external output terminal is set.
•
Set the value in the range of 0.01 to 9.99 seconds.
6.7.2.41 F56: Arc start failure detection time
The detection time to output the arc start failure signal to the external output terminal is set.
•
Set the value in the range of 0.01 to 9.99 seconds.
T I P S
• Set the longer time than the pre-flow time; otherwise, the arc start failure abnormality is
displayed on the robot side.
6.7.2.42 F57: WCR output ON delay time
When the welding current is applied, ON delay time is set to WCR output signal.
•
Set the value in the range of 0.01 to 0.50 seconds.
•
"OFF": The default WCR output ON delay time (0.003 seconds) is set.
T I P S
• If WCR ON delay time has elapsed immediately after the welding current supply is started,
WCR signal terminal on the terminal block is closed (short-circuit).
6.7.2.43 F58: WCR output OFF delay time
When arc outage occurs, OFF delay time is set to WCR output signal.
•
Set the value in the range of 0.10 to 0.50 seconds.
•
"OFF": the default WCR output OFF delay time is set.
The default values of “OFF” are as follows;
•
During self holding: 0.3 seconds
•
Except during self holding: 0.1 seconds
