Wireless Mode
The following wireless modes are available: AP, Client, Repeater, Repeater
Bridge.
Wireless
Network
Mode
The following wireless network modes are available:
Disabled: Disable wireless network.
Mixed: Supports 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n wireless devices.
BG-Mixed
:
Supports 802.11b and 802.11g wireless devices.
B-Only: Only supports the 802.11b standard wireless devices.
G-Only: Only supports the 802.11g standard wireless devices.
NG-Mixed: Supports 802.11g and 802.11n wireless devices.
N-Only: Only supports the 802.11n standard wireless devices.
802.11n
Transmission Mode
This parameter is valid only when the Wireless Network Mode is selected
under N-Only.
Greenfield: When there are no other 802.11a/b/g devices use the
same channel, using this mode can increase throughput. If other
802.11a/b/g devices use the same channel, the transmission
information may generate errors and retransmission.
Mixed: This mode is contrary to the green mode, but it will reduce the
throughput.
Wireless
Network
Name (SSID)
The SSID is the network name shared among all devices in a wireless
network. The SSID must be identical for all devices in the wireless network.
It is case-sensitive and must not exceed 32 alphanumeric characters.
Wireless Channel
13 channels are available. In multiple wireless device environments, try to
avoid using the same channel as other devices.
Channel Width
The following options are available: Auto, 20MHZ and 40MHZ.
