3.3.2 Tool loading/unloading into magazine
3.3.2.1 CAM ATC
1. Never load/unload tools while tool magazine rotation and
tool change sequence.
2. Handle heavy tool with both hands.
3. Tool magazine rotation and waiting pot up/down actions
are possible without performing upper step 2, but for
safety, be sure to stop the machine temporarily with sin-
gle block function, etc.. (Alarm displayed)
3.3.2.2 ARMLESS ATC
In case of armless ATC, The spindle tool pull-outer is not necessary. Operator can easily load
or unload tool using both one’s hands.
