<LOCKING>
To lock the steering, turn the handlebars
all the way to the left, turn the key to
LOCK while pushing in. Remove the key.
<UNLOCKING>
To unlock the steering, turn the key to the
OFF position.
It can be locked up in the main stand
using the supplementary device(key, wire)
for buglarproofing.
