If you selected

 DHCP Connection (Dynamic IP Address)

 you can 

click on 

Copy Your PC’s MAC Address

 to copy your computer’s 

MAC address to your router. Click 

Next

 to continue.

If you selected 

PPPoE

, enter your PPPoE username and password 

and click 

Next

 to continue. 

Note:

 Make sure to remove your PPPoE software from your computer. 

The software is no longer needed and will not work through a router.

If you did not enter a username and password, you will see a pop-up 

window that says,
