Lighting the Fire
INFRA-RED REMOTE
OPERATION
Infrared systems require “Line of sight” between the handset and the sensor at the
appliance, it is a standard safety feature to ensure that the appliance cannot be remotely lit
from another room.
Also a safety feature is lighting the fire, both buttons have to be pressed to light the unit
this is to reduce the potential for the unit to be accidentally lit.
