The S SC150e CPCI board offers the following features:

3U Single-Slot CPCI solution, which includes 6U faceplate

Designed in accordance with the PCI specification 2.1 and CompactPCI Core

Specification, PICMG 2.0 R3.0.

32-bit PCI interface, maximum bus speed of 33 MHz.

•

Uses the V363EPC PCI Bridge chip from QuickLogic Corp.

•

Supports PCI interrupt INTA

•

Compatible with Universal (both +5.0 V and +3.3 V) PCI signaling levels.

•

2 MB, 4 MB, or 8 MB of on-board shared memory.

•

820 nm fiber-optic interface, maximum node separation of 300 meters.

•

1300 nm fiber-optic interface, maximum node separation of 3500 meters*.

•

Provides Basic Hot Swap capability in accordance with the CompactPCI Hot

Swap Specification, PICMG 2.1 R1.0 which allows:

Insertion of board into a powered system, without adversely affecting

system operation. (Operator must manually load appropriate driver upon

card insertion)

−

System reconfiguration and fault recovery to occur with no system down

time.

A system to isolate faulty boards and continue operation.
