Bag Usage Report
The BAG USAGE REPoRT screen prints bag totals for all bags that have been removed for
a Calendar Day, or for a specified date range. Three reports are available: Bag Usage
Report, Bag Usage Report – Condensed, and Bag Usage Report – All Days.
To generate a report for a single day:
1. Select (touch to highlight)
the column displaying the
data for the desired day.
2. Select desired format
(
UNIT/VALUE
).
3. Select one of the following:
•
PRINT BAG REPORT
provides a report showing
full and partial bag
quantities.
•
PRINT CONDENSED BAG
REPORT
provides a report
showing total quantity of
bags for each denomination.
The condensed report can
be for one day only and is
unavailable when a range of
dates is selected.
To generate Bag Usage Report - All Days for a range of dates:
1. Enter a date range in the
START DATE
and
END DATE
fields. If you do not select a
date range, the report
printed will be for all days.
2. Select
UPDATE.
3. Select desired format
(
UNIT/VALUE
).
4. Select
PRINT ALL DAYS
.
