4.7.5 Light indicators
The following light indicators indicate the state of the Paramedic CU-ERT during operation.
Power – indicates that the Paramedic CU-ERT is ON.
Battery – not used in this version of the Paramedic CU-ERT.
Error – indicates that an error has occurred.
Power Switch Button Backlight – when ON, indicates that the Paramedic CU-ERT is ON.
SHOCK Button Switch Backlight – flashes when the SHOCK Button needs to be pressed to simulate the
prompt for a SHOCK delivery.
4.7.6 Speaker and beeper
Speaker – plays back the appropriate recorded prompts during operation.
Beeper – beeps during charging completion simulation and during CPR pause simulation.
