4.5 Configuring Redundancy
4.5.1
Optical Port Redundancy Setup
There is no need to configure optical port redundancy. Simply slide in two MS-DM-155 cards and two STM-1 cards.
Then, optical ports become redundant.
4.5.2
E1 Redundancy Setup
Configurations as follows:

standby-port-set src-slot 1 src-port 15 dec-slot 1 dec-port 16
e1 slot-1 port-15 and slot-1 port-16 standby success
admin@iSAP5100(cross)
The above configuration can set the 16E1 card’s port 16 in Slot 1 to the standby (redundant) port of the port 15.

SNMP Setup
Configurations as follows:

Note: IP address format is as follows: ipconfig <ip address> <netmask> <gateway>

4.6.4 SNMP TRAP Address Setup
Configurations as follows:

Network Level Setup
Configurations as follows:

setnetwork level 1
When network level is set to 1, iSAP5100 can only connect to PC. Lower level equipments can access with Level 2
right.
