•  If the red LED flashes during the charging process, make sure that the unit

(CT-711 or CR-711) is firmly seated in the HC-32 charger. If charging a unit via

the adapter cable, ensure that the adapter cable is firmly seated in both the

unit (CT-711 or CR-711) and the HC-32 charger. If the red LED continues to flash

this may indicate that the NiMH batteries have reached the end of their life

cycle and need replacing.

•

Note that CT-711 and CR-711 units with NiMH batteries installed require an

uninterrupted 13-hour charging cycle before use

HC-316 charging/carrying case

•

Identify and locate the HC-316 charging/carrying case

•

You may charge up to 16 units (CT-711 transmitter/CR-711 receiver) using the

HC-316 charging/carrying case

•

Ensure that only NiMH batteries are installed inside the CT-711 and CR-711

units prior to charging

•

Ensure that the correct battery type is selected from the battery type selection

menu (see page 6.)

•

Power down the units (CT-711/CR-711) by pressing and holding the red button

on the left side of the unit until nothing is displayed on the LCD

•

Connect the AC adapter to the DC in slot on the side of the HC-316. Plug the

AC power cord into the AC adapter and a wall outlet

•

Place the units (CT-711 and/or CR-711) into the slots of the HC-316

charging/carrying case

•

When the units (CT-711 and/or CR-711) are charging, the LED indicators on the

units will flash on and off repeatedly. The LED will show a steady light when the

charging cycle is complete. The LED will turn off once the unit is removed from

HC-316 charging/carrying case

•

Note that CT-711 and CR-711 units with NiMH batteries installed require an

uninterrupted 13-hour charging cycle before use

•

Note that the HC-316 is ideal for charging, carrying, and storing CT-711

and CR-711 units. The HC-316 must be placed in a carton or container with

sufficient packing material for protection during shipment
