• Do not exercise when you are tired
or distracted. Do not exercise di-
rectly after eating a meal. Wait for
about 2 hours before starting your
exercise session.
• Ventilate the exercise room suffi-
ciently but beware of draughts.
• Drink enough during the workout.
• Before you move the device, make
sure it is folded up and firmly se-
cured by the locking pin.
Danger of crushing fingers!
• Watch out for pinch points when
folding up and unfolding the row-
ing machine.
Special precaution – risk of
injury for children!
• Keep children away from the pack-
aging materials. There is a risk of
suffocation!
• The item is not suitable play equip-
ment and must be stored some-
where that is inaccessible to chil-
dren when not in use. To eliminate
the risk of injury, children must not
be within the operating range of
the item during the workout.
• Point out to children in particular,
that the item is not a toy.
• Children should not be allowed to
play with the item.
Dangers due to wear and
tear
• Only use the item if it is in per-
fect condition. Check the item for
damage and wear and tear before
each use.
The safety of the Rowing machine
can only be guaranteed if it is reg-
ularly inspected for damage and
wear and tear. If, for example, the
chain or the handles of the draw
bar show signs of damage, do not
use the item any more.
