The following items are recommended to be checked weekly during the routine operation and
maintenance of the system:
Analyze the solvent in the boil sump for contamination. If the boil sump is found to be
excessively contaminated, they should be drained and refilled with fresh solvent.
SIX MONTH MAINTENANCE
Perform a complete safety check. See the last page of this manual.
1. Remove the cover panels and check for leaks in the plumbing lines, pump housings, and
other wet process components.
2. Check refrigeration condensers for damaged fins, dirt and excessive noise. If any
problems occur, repairs should be performed by a Licensed Refrigeration Technician.
3. Check all pumps for excessive noise.

TURN OFF THE ELECTRICAL POWER
then check the heater rods for loose electrical
terminal connections and tighten the connections if necessary.
Make certain that the displayed temperature for all the thermocouples are correlated to a
calibrated temperature reader.
