or DMA channel used.

Type and version of your operating system, e.g., DOS 6.0, Windows 3.1x,
Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT.
Please ensure to retain your
purchase receipt plus all
packaging and contents until
such time that all components of
the product are functioning to
your satisfaction. They will all be
required in the unlikely event that
your product needs to be returned
