Problems with Multiple Audio Cards/Devices
Before you install your Sound Blaster Audigy 5, you are advised to completely uninstall and remove any
existing audio devices. Operating multiple audio devices in your computer may introduce usability
issues.
To solve this problem:
1. Check if you have other existing audio devices installed in your computer. The audio device may
be an audio card or an onboard audio chipset.
2. If your computer has other audio cards installed, please completely uninstall and remove these
audio cards from the computer. If your computer has onboard audio, disable that audio device.
See your computer's motherboard documentation for details.
