Step 18 — Prepare Swing Attachments:
depending on the swing frame option to be installed, different preparations must be made before proceeding.
9 foot Swing beam:
for a
9 ft. beam fastened perpendicular to the roof
, drill
two 7/16" diameter holes as shown above left. insert 3/8"
Weld nuts from the beam hardware bag before moving to
the step 20.

9 ft. Beam Perpendicular to Roof
for a
9 ft. beam fastened parallel to the roof
, drill three
holes as shown above right. The top hole should be 3/8"
diameter, the bottom two 7/16" diameter. insert a 5/16"
Weld nut into the top hole and 3/8" Weld nuts from the
beam hardware bag in the bottom holes before moving to
the step 20.
