In this section we will work on isolated muscles areas. To improve endurance of muscle sec-
tions, it is necesssary to work out at a comfortable but challenging level. The important thing
here is to repeat each exercise, while you should also be sure not to overexert yourself if you
are just a beginner. Take your time and have short breaks between individual exercises. You
can also alternate different muscle groups and thus give the muscles just worked a chance to
relax.
Outer thigh
Lay yourself on your side on the Adjustable Step Deck,
support yourself with one hand and raise and lower your
upper leg. Be sure that your body forms a straight line.
Thigh
Lay yourself on your side on the Adjustable Step Deck and
raise and lower your upper leg.
Inner thigh
Lay yourself on your side on the Adjustable Step Deck,
move your upper leg toward you and place your foot behind
your lower leg. Hold your body in a straight line, raise and
lower your lower leg. Now pull your lower leg toward you.
Position yourself on the Adjustable Step Deck, hold one leg
extended and pull the other one toward you.
Lay yourself on the Adjustable Step Deck and support yourself
with your elbows.
