with your upper body and raise the opposite arm.
Inner thigh
Lie on the floor and pull both knees toward the upper
body.

Position yourself on the floor, extend your right leg
and pull your left leg toward the small of your back.
Gluteal muscles
Position yourself on the floor, pull both knees and
straddle them on the sides.
