            Cutter Positioning for Part Number

       31134, 31136-7, 31149

Cutters can be aligned or staggered to configure the desired cut width.  For wider cutting
additional cutters can be added to a single pin to achieve a smoother finished cut.
Always use enough Hardened Spacers to keep cutters appropriately positioned on the pin
while still allowing the cutter to turn completely free..

       31135 Shaved Cutter

Cutters can be aligned to configure the desired cut width.  For wider cutting
additional cutters can be added to a single pin to achieve a smoother finished cut.
Always use enough Hardened Spacers to keep cutters appropriately positioned
on the pin while still allowing the cutter to turn completely free.  The main consideration
is placing equal number of cutters and spacers on opposite pins to maintain balance.
Failure to do so could result in permanent damage to the machine and possible
injury to the operator.
