4.3.6 Driving Mode

Driving Mode can move Stage or change magnification and focus using Joy Stick.

1) Stage moving using Joy stick
Press left and right, up and down centering around the Joy stick axis to move Stage on
the X, Y axis.

Moving Stage on X axis

Moving Stage on Y axis

When moving Stage using Joy stick, be sure to input exactly in the direction of X, Y axis.
Stage doesn’t move if you operate it in a diagonal direction.
Depending on the user perspective, whenever the side button of Joy stick is input, the
moving direction of Stage can be changed to the opposite direction.

2) Magnification change using Joy stick
If you press the Joy stick button, it goes up to high magnification. If you pull the button it

is changed into low magnification.
