Updated Monitoring History Screens

Similar to the real-time trend views, the monitoring history trend views include
the new respiration rate field at the lower right and respiration rate trend data
in white below the SpO

2

and pulse rate data. Respiration data is also docu-

mented in the clinical log and histogram view.
