technical

spare
parts

ordered
from
COSMO Srl
.

the
customer
does
not
use
original
spare
parts
or
parts
authorised
by
the
manufacturer,
the
latter
declines
all
liability
for
operation
of
the
machine
and
the
safety
of
operators.
7.
PERIODICAL
MAINTENANCE
AND
ADJUSTMENTS
Maintenance
is
a
very
important
procedure
that
helps
guarantee
time
reliability
of
the
machine
over
time
and
above
all
safe
and
correct
operation.
Remember
that
maintenance
costs
are
considerably
lower
than
the
costs
of
repairs
due
to
skipped
or
negligent
maintenance.
Periodical
inspections,
adjustments
and
lubrication
will
keep
the
machine
in
the
best
possible
safety
and
working
conditions.
Safety
is
the
responsibility
of
the
machine’s
owner/user.
The
most
important
points
relating
to
checks,
adjustments
and
lubrication
of
the
machine
are
illustrated
on
the
following
pages.
The
intervals
specified
in
the
periodical
maintenance
and
lubrication
table
should
be
considered
solely
as
a
general
guide
for
normal
operating
conditions.
Nonetheless,
the
maintenance
intervals
may
need
to
be
reduced
according
to
the
weather
and
ground
conditions,
the
location
and
the
individual
application.
In
order
to
guarantee
machine
reliability,
a
predictive
and
preventive
maintenance
plan
should
be
adopted.
