CAUTION!
The
hopper
must
only
be
filled
after
having
hitched
the
fertiliser
spreader
to
the
tractor,
with
the
engine
off
and
with
the
parking
brake
engaged,
so
as
to
avoid
sudden
movements
and
prevent
the
machine
from
rolling
over.
It
is
very
important
to
check
the
stability
of
the
tractor
‐
fertiliser
spreader
together
before
start
‐
ing
to
fill
the
hopper.
DANGER!
Clothing
and
personal
protective
equipment.
Use
suitable,
high
‐
visibility
clothing,
safety
shoes,
earmuffs,
protective
glasses
and
half
‐
masks
with
filters
when
loading
and
unloading
the
products
to
be
spread.
For
further
details
and
infor
‐
mation,
always
read
the
technical
and
safety
datasheets
for
the
products
to
be
spread
or
used
for
maintenance
and
lubrication.
Absolutely
avoid
loose
garments
that
may
get
caught
in
the
machine
or
its
moving
parts.
CAUTION!
When
handling
fertilisers,
operators
must
comply
with
all
the
instructions
shown
on
the
product
labels.
DANGER!
Towed
loads.
People
and
towed
loads
cannot
be
transported
on
the
machine.
Only
transport
the
products
to
be
spread
in
loose
form.
The
heap
of
the
product
to
be
spread
must
never
exceed
the
line
of
the
high
sides.
CAUTION!
Loading
with
automatic
equipment.
The
products
to
be
spread
must
be
loaded
in
conditions
of
complete
safety
and
in
compliance
with
the
standards
in
force
on
occupational
health
and
safety.
When
loading
sacks
exceeding
30
kg
in
weight,
use
cranes
with
a
suitable
load
capacity.
The
use
of
vehicles
and
equipment
for
handling
loads,
for
example
loaders,
involves
the
risks
of
interference
when
loading
the
products
to
be
spread,
such
as
collision,
crushing,
rolling,
chemical
reactions,
irritations
and
inhalation,
asphyxia
and
suffocation,
noise,
vibrations
and
falling
from
a
height.
DANGER!
Ladders
and
access
points.
Keep
the
ladders
and
operator
access
points
clean.
These
can
only
be
used
when
the
tractor
is
off,
removing
the
keys
from
the
ignition,
and
when
the
machine
is
suitably
parked
and
stabilised.
The
accumulation
of
debris
may
cause
serious
and
very
serious
injuries
(even
death)
due
to
falls
from
a
slippery
surface.
DANGER!
Make
sure
the
product
to
be
spread
is
clean:
stones
and
metallic
objects
may
be
a
cause
of
danger,
as
well
as
irreparably
damaging
the
machine’s
mechanisms.
DANGER!
Do
not
load
full
sacks
on
top
of
the
fertilizer
in
the
hopper,
so
as
to
avoid
overloading
the
machine
and
compressing
the
fertilizer.
