ONCE A WEEK
1.
Repeat the cleaning operations described in section 5.1
2.
Take out the combustion chamber, lifting it up to uncouple it and clean the air tube bundle with
a vacuum cleaner.
3.
Switch on the stove and make sure that the ign. torch resistance becomes red
during ignition.
6.3
ONCE A MONTH OR WHENEVER THERE ARE IGNITION PROBLEMS
1.
Repeat the cleaning operations described in sections 5.1 and 5.2
2.
Check whether ash has accumulated in the exhaust duct and remove it if necessary.
3.
To clean with a rag the sensor of flow place inside the pipe where the carburizing air enters.
6.4 AT THE END OF THE WINTER
Clean the stove as specified in sections 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3.
Vacuum inside the smoke ducts with the help of a flexible flue brush.
Check the sealing gaskets on the door and glass.
Remove all the pipes, clean them, check the seals and change them if necessary.
Use a vacuum cleaner to clean inside the soot discharge hopper. To do this you have to remove
the stove cover, undo the 4 screws holding the right side of the stove (
SEE PREMISE
) and open
the hopper door by unscrewing the butterfly nuts.
Make sure the stove works properly
6.5 CHANGING THE (optional) REMOTE CONTROL BATTERIES:
If you note decreased sensitivity in the infrared remote control, first clean the transmitter on the
remote control and the transparent receiver window on the control panel of the stove, then check
the status of the remote control battery and change it if necessary.
